We’re doing well and enjoying the new house. We found out a couple weeks ago that we are expecting a new little addition to our family, so we’re thinking we’ll need to find a bigger place in the next year or two. Expect a call! As first time homebuyers, Kyle & I were very nervous about finding a Realtor. It seems like everyone you know knows someone in the real estate business that they think you should use. Luckily for us, that someone was Randy & Linda.  I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful they were.

Kyle & I contacted Randy in September of 2006, and he sent us e-mails about homes in our price range and location. By December, we realized we just didn’t have enough money saved up. When I told Randy, he so understood, he said he would continue to e-mail us properties and just let him know when we wanted to dive back into it.

After a couple of months, I called him to let him know we were ready to go again. Even though he was looking harder for us, I never felt the pressure to buy. After each house, he would ask what we loved and didn’t love so much about the house and tailor his search to our needs.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Randy & Linda to other future home buyers or sellers. Their “no pressure” approach to selling made buying our first home an enjoyable experience.
